Nerd Party: Photo Collage Templates // Six free photo collage templates

I’ve got a little freebee for you today…six photo collage templates for use in Photoshop CS or Photoshop Elements! Just unzip the files, open the template in Photoshop and paste each photo into the clipping mask layer labeled “paste photo here.” Super easy!

You can also open these templates with Pixlr’s advanced editor, but since it removes the clipping mask, you’ll need to do a bit of extra work. Open the template file and paste in your photo. Position your photo over the colored layer. Click on the colored layer, click edit > select pixels. Click onto the photo, click copy & paste. Then turn off the original photo and the colored layer and you’ll be left with the photo in the shape of that layer.

Please made sure to read the copyright notice attached with the templates before using any of my design elements. Enjoy!

Oh these are so awesome! I used one of them in my blog post today and it was awesome. I was a little curious how well it would work out since I use Gimp, but there were absolutely no issues. Thanks for sharing these!

Hmmm – been lots of downloads and haven’t had any issues. It’s definitely a vaild Photoshop doc. Make sure you unzip everything and aren’t losing the extension when you save the files.

Thanks for the templates! I’m a bit of a PS newbie and working on CS6. I’m having difficulty transforming the size of my photos to fit into your template. Any suggestions?
