Whether you’re getting or gifting, here are 50 of my favorite products and programs that would make any blogging or biz owner super happy this holiday season!
A subscription to . . .
I use all of these on a daily basis to keep my blog and business running and would be thrilled to have my yearly fees taken care of this Christmas. P.S. Affiliate links y’all!
LeadPages: For building those high-converting landing pages when you’re preparing you launch a new ebook or online course!
SmarterQueue: My go-to for scheduling all my tweets in advance so I can focus on the bigger stuff and not feel like I’m promoting all day.
TailWind: My FAVE thing I started using this year. Scheduling my posts in bulk has done some serious good (like tripling my blog traffic good) for my blog and biz
Asana: Eventually you’re going to want to get organized and plan more than a week in advance. Track all of your projects, collaborate with others, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks!
ConvertKit: Your email list is going to be the backbone of your biz and ConvertKit makes it super easy. Send weekly emails, set-up marketing sequences, tag + segment those subscribers!
Wistia: I love this platform for adding minimalist video players into my blog posts and e-courses.
CoSchedule: If you’d like to schedule your blog posts and social media content all in one spot, this is the platform for you!
Better graphics + design
Death to the Stock Photo: Did you say stock photos?? No matter your niche, DTS has photos that would be great to use on your blog or biz website.
Photoshop: Another must-have for bloggers and biz owners doing their own design work. Grab a monthly subscription to build blog graphics, web design elements, and ebook covers.
A new blog theme: I love starting the new year with a new design, always helps to get my blogging mojo going!
Shooting photos + video
A DSLR camera: because high quality pics are a huge part of any successful blog or business.
Selfie stick: For those times when someone isn’t around to help shoot photos and you want to look super cool and conspicuous taking photos of yourself.
Phone tripod: Small enough to keep in your bag, expands to fit different sized phones, and it’s less than four bucks!
A Web Cam: This is the webcam I use for live webcasts, videos for my e-course, and to Skype with clients. HD video, easy set-up, my fave purchase this year!
Blue Yeti Mic: Getting ready to record a podcast, webinar, or video for your course? Grab this mic and level up your sound quality.
Lapel Mic: This one is for all you Periscopers! Now you don’t have to be so up close and personal with your phone. Clip on this mic and you can give yourself a little more space.
iPhone case: Because I know you’re all about slipping your phone into those flat lays. Grab a cute case (or a couple) to change up the scene.
iPad Case: Accessorize your accessories! I can spend a massive amount of time browsing the artwork on this site. One of everything please!
External Hard drive: Not a terribly sexy gift, but still super important. For all you freelancers, product-launchers, and designers – back that shit up!
Badass Blog Planner: How about planning EVERYTHING for your blog for an entire year??
Bright and bold notebooks + pens: Poppin is my favorite spot for yearly calendars, notebooks, pens and highlighters. Blog planning is always better when it’s color coordinated!
Business/Blog Cards: Moo is quick and easy for making a handful of cards (in lots of different designs if you like) for all those blogging conferences and random networking opportunities
Whiteboard: This has been my go-to for blog planning and business brainstorming for years! Plan blog posts, product launches, or social media marketing.
