This week’s episode brought to you by a mild case of depression.
When I went to write episode #12 it was about something else entirely. But as I sat there staring at a half-finished draft, trying to focus, my mind bouncing off the walls, I decided to scrap that episode and talk about what was keeping me from getting my shit done.
This week I’m sharing the ways that I run my business that help me still show up and work when depression and/or anxiety attempt to ruin my party.
How does one run a business, doing almost everything solo, and provide value on social media when depression and/or anxiety shows up to ruin our good time?? Here’s how I stick to my deadlines, check off my task list, and keep my business growing when all I really want to do is go back to bed.

I’m feeling MUCH better and have actually been getting a lot done over the past few days. If nothing else, I try to remember that my depression will chill at some point so I hope if you’re in it right now that you can keep your eye on the light at the end of the tunnel too 💚💚💚
